"The Innocents" was created in response to "Nine-Eleven".
Children act as metaphor for the innocent victims of the tragedy. The
figures are distorted and marred by patches of random color - in a sense
changed forever as America is now. They repeat themselves over and over
with slight variations, like the events of that day, as the enormity
of the disaster unfolded.
